there is nothing more toxic to human society than religious belief. the desire to control how other people live, think, act and express themselves is the darkest characteristic of the human psyche.
its is not an admirable characteristic.
lyrics
it gets dangerous
like chernobyl must have
coming apart at the seams
or mount vesuvius
spewing dust and making ashes out of everybody dreams
its not my fault if you asked me what i though
and you didn't like what came out
my teeth hurt me far too much to bite my tongue
and thats never been what I'm about
every particle of dust in the universe is moving apart
at such an alarming rate. thats how physics works, the magics been explained and we'll all vaporize one day
its not my fault if you asked me what i though
and you didn't like what came out
my teeth hurt me far too much to bite my tongue
and thats never been what I'm about
every new pair of shoes, and every stamp you never used
bills keep changing color, and girls keep changing lovers
and theres really nothing you can do.
